The Band
Mason Swearingen From a wailing siren to a whisper that chills the spine, Mason Swearingen is the Silver-Tongued-Shaman fronting ALMOST FAMOUS. Often described as a cross between David Lee Roth and Steve Perry, he keeps crowds everywhere excited and blown away with his versatile vocal ability and electric smile. Moving effortlessly through four decades of Rock & Roll’s biggest hits while involving the crowd in every song helps to make Mason one of the best front men out there today. Mason is a multi-talented musician who along with singing also plays Bass, Guitar and Percussion and is endorsed by Spector. As a member of the critically acclaimed Eric Stuart Band, he toured for two years with Peter Frampton as well as doing shows with John Entwistle, Blue Oyster Cult, The Alarm and many others. Peter Frampton also produced their 2000 release “Blue Dressed in Black” (EricStuart.com). Additionally, Mason has been a vital member of numerous big name tri-state area cover and original bands including Big Shot and Gringo Love Show. |
